Read and learn your history. The Spanish Inquisition had some fairly good ideas. Their standard punishments entertained big audiences as well - may as well get some use out of them. Gladiatorial contests might work as well, build a Colliseum and serve lunch to the lions (must use a condom though so the lions don't get aids).
Just remember, if we can stiop them corrupting others with their filth and perversions, they'll become extinct.

Oh love! Having a bad hair day? Just following your childish rant for a second, if there was a single good reason for doing so (which there isn't) how would you move 5 million people? If you had a brain in your head (note the word if) you would know that a culture grows and becomes stronger and healthier by its diversity.
