cost to close in screened room?

Question

I want to convert a screened room to a bedroom. It is 18x13 on a slab and under the main roof (beams exposed).
It will need to be enclosed, insulated, sheetrocked, I believe it is already wired. I want 2 windows probably only about $230 for them. I also need a large closet framed in maybe about 5x6. Any rough Ideas of cost would be helpful and appreciated.

Am interested in material costs and or labor costs. we can probably do some of it ourselves though.

in Alabama window unit and space heater is all well need.
