I watched a fellow remove a stuck diaper with his hands but it is not something I want to do.
1. turn water to toilet off.
2. flush and drain tank.
3. remove tank from bowl-to prevent breakage
4. unscrew the two bolts that hold the toilet to the floor.
5. remove the toilet and turn it upside down.
6. remove stuck object.
7. replace the wax ring with anew one as you messed up the old one taking the damn toilet apart.
8. reinstall toilet.
9 reinstall tank
10. turn on water slowly to see if anything leaks
11. if no leaks, open water valve all the way.
12. Flush to see if everything works.
13. Whole job can be done in a hour, but you need to be able to cuss a blue streak while doing this job. Makes it seem worth while.

you can rent a SNAKE from the local RENTAL SHED, they also rent lawn mowers etc...anyway it is tricky to use but will cut throught the roots that grew threw the pipe or what ever it stuck, kids throw toys, toothbrushes, girls stuff sanitary napkins, you name it, it has been in a drain, Just ask a plummer. They rent for four hours at a time, so it you have a handy guy around, and can run the equipment without to much trouble, get gloves, and shove it down the drain before starting machine, then guide it with a gloved hand until it gets through the turn in the toilet or you will break the toilet, trust me we have had it happen.

good luck. it has a reverse on the machine and feeds it back on the real it came off of.

Fill a five gallon bucket with hot water and pour in the toilet, see if the toilet will drain a little on its own before adding the hot water, if it does dump in the whole bucket of water at once.....if this don't work you will need a plunger.

get a bin bag and some news paper, put the bin bag over the bowl of the toilet, scrunch up the news paperuntill the bowl is nearly full. then this is were you could get wet so be careful. ram your hand in to the news paper twice, the blockage should be clear. so you dont get any more wet. revese the bin bag so the paper goes on the floor to soak up any water. then place the used news paper in the bin bag( wet side on the inside. good luck
