Get a jar of set honey and use it like a face mask, to cover your face and neck, leave it on for 15 minutes then rinse off.
You could also make a face mask by blending mashed cucumber with natural yogurt, These are genuine remedies to improve skin. Remember all eyes will be on the couple getting married, and you may look much better to others than you think you think you do, just keep smiling.

In the diet book by Dr. Perricone (sorry I can't remember the name), he talks about some kind of nutritional facelift--basically cutting out all inflammatory foods like refined carbohydrates and alcohol and eating a lot of salmon, canteloupe, etc. This is supposed to create a visible lift for your face in just a few days.

To keep the body fit and healthy we go to the gym. No need for that for your face. Moisturise and do some facial exercises.

See www.ageless.co.za/facialneck.htm

There are some free exercises on this site.

They also say to keep smiling as it takes more facial muscles to smile than to frown - good exercise.

Another thing take care of the eyes and use eye cream. There are some good ones that help reduce bags and puffiness - every little helps.

Good Luck.

Get facelift in India.Cosmetic and dental Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

my cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the facelift, liposuction through the forerunners healthcare.she is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.i personally have seen the wondeful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company.

I second the Perricone diet. Just start it three days before the event, your skin will look amazing on the day! Good luck : )

I heard Preparation H works good at night time. No joke, it gets rid of hemrhoids and reduces wrinkles on your face (at least that's what I've heard).

Aside from pulling your hair back in a tight ponytail, I don't know- but am waiting to hear what other people say.
