Have a problem, don't know my deadbeat sperm donor. Have a space in my heart that I need to close but I need to find his address in order to do this. I have been searching for his current address for the last two weeks, coming up short. If anybody has any advice (PLEASE BE SERIOUS) let me know.

Do you mean an actual sperm donor or a biological "father"? If it's a real sperm donor, try contacting the agency involved or an advocacy group for this online.
Off the top of my head, try going to abebooks.com and looking for the book, "How to Find Anyone Anywhere" or something to that effect. Their books are used, very low in cost, and often they have really great books that are no longer in print. I had a copy of this book once but mislaid it somehow. It has really good ideas about how to find someone for free or very low cost.
Another idea: Go down the list of private investigators in your local yellow pages. Call each one, and ask for the best way to find this person. Granted, some folks will blow you off, but you might be surprised at how helpful some of these folks might be.

The only real thing I can think of is to contact an agency and explain to them the situation and see if they will help
