Then what? Seeds? Seedlings? I thought the only way to propagate them was to cut them and use the stems/things like that???? But my diffenbachia looks like its flowering??? whats up with that???

Yes...they do flower. Apparantly, the best way to propagate them is by stem cuttings or air layering....not by taking seeds.

Your plant must be a mature plant, and that's why it produced lily like flowers. No seeds or seedlings, best method to propagate is by air layering.
