Yes, I'm a publishing agent.
However, you lost my interest immediately with your grammatically incorrect first word. It's "Are", not "Is". Not very impressive, I'm afraid.
I don't understand what you mean by stating that your manuscript is "copyrighted", and yet it is unpublished?
Nonetheless, if you are genuinely eager to see your work in print then I would suggest one of the many vanity publishers who will be happy to make a small bound print run of around 100 copies, for a fee. Try googling "vanity publishing" and find your most local company.

Not many agents accepts poetry manucripts unless you're a well known published author. Alot of agents do take 15% of your royalities which is at the begining of your career a heck of alot of money to loose. Now if you decide to self publish you will have to promote extra hard and have alot of money to have it publish. May I suggest to you to send it to a traditional publishing company or an ebook publishing company. If you need any other ?'s answered please email me.
Good Luck

Yes, I'm an agent, and I'm trawling through all this crap on Yahoo because I really believe that here, of all places, is where I'm going to find the next great bestseller that will establish my career as an agent for all time. Here, I think to myself, is where that great novelist is hiding.
People dump manuscripts on my desk all day. Hundreds of them. You have to really sell yourself if you even expect me to read it. Try using your own language correctly, and don't be so arrogant.
Good luck!

The question should read, "ARE there any publishing agents out there?" People in the word business are picky about grammar and are quick to discount someone who is sloppy in how they write and speak.
