You didn't mention your age in your question. As a good rule, sex is one of the best things you can do, not only physically but emotionally and mentally as well. I would say if you are 12 years old then it is probably a bit early in life, if your 90 I definitely want to know your secret!

As long as you're old enough to and you always have safe sex! Then It's great for your mind, body, and soul. Just be sure not to get addicted!
