mykonos is not the ideal island for romantic holidays(of this doesnt mean that it is not a beautiful island cause it is a wonderful island but it is mostly known for the superb night life)
you should visit Santorini which is ideal for the holidays you are planning
i would also recomend the island Milos which has the most wonderful beaches you could ever imagine
All three islands are in Cyclades

Tagoo is good enough, but it really depends on your mood and your mate's compassion...
The not so good about romance and quiet thing is Myconos.
Usually people choose this island for the opposite.
If you go there anyway, check also Ornos.
