I've noticed undigestible pieces of food in my stools like corn or seeds appear red in my stool. This alwyas happens after drinking punch. Blood or possible red 40 from what I drink? The rest of the stool is a normal brown.

Red dye causes cancer. Why are you drinking that cr@p when there are so many more interesting, natural, healthy alternatives.
This may not have occurred to you but if you lay of the punch and still have red stools you should see a Doctor.
