Check the actual manufacturer sticker. The ones made by Hyosung and distributed by United Motors are supposedly decent - Hyosung has been building engines for Suzuki for years. The Chinese-made United Motors bikes, though, I wouldn't touch with the proverbial ten foot pole.

Not really, Better off sticking with a name brand bike.
