Take time to be alone for a while - this is important.
Instead of constantly torturing yourself with the thoughts of him being with another girl and all the stuff that goes with that - just take an evening when you can be on your own, maybe in your room, and imagine vividly, him being with someone else.
If it hurts you, then cry - cry your little heart out, but promise yourself that this evening will be the last that you will ever waste any more tears for him.
I am sure that you are intelligent and beautiful and will find someone new.

Girl the best way to do that is to start going out with other guys....stop sitting around waiting for the phone to Ring wishing it was him calling to apologize and get back together. You guys are not together for a reason(hopefully a good one) get up get dresses put some make up on do your hair and call your girls and go out hell take your self out to dinner and focus on you. Do things that you always wanted to do for a change do something new and let your hair down. There are tons of guys out there but you wont find him if your in the house waiting for your ex to get it together. I am sure you are a great girl with lots to offer! My abuela (grandma) told me there is a pot for every lid you just have to put in the work and find yours ...stop crying and smile. there is nothing wrong with letting him see what he is missing and just having fun with your guy friends or new guy friends lol

Relaize why you split, allow your grief period of X days, and forgive yourself.
Then start doing new things, making new friends and going new places. This will get your mind off the ex and maybe open some new interests in your life, new people, new places...and some day soon a new and hopefully better boyfriend.

Be patient...some of worst, but most powerful emotions you will ever experience will be lost love. You won't believe me now, but someday you'll look back with some sentimentality on the pain you are going through right now. Don't be so quick to dismiss the importance of the grieving you are doing.

go out to like a movie or a bar.go find the nicest guy you can find.dont look for the best looking guy there.find a really nice rich guy.talk to him and hopefully youll get over your ex

First remember why he is your ex. Second it is not the end of the world. and third go out and date,date, date! even if it isnt Mr Right he is Mr Right now and it will make you feel better

4 me i couldnt the best thing to do is try getting ur mind of him. i joined so many things such as sports student council,i have honors classes i hardly have time to think about him i still do sometimes but not always. try staying busy
