Of course you can. You will probably just have to pay extra in "deposits."
You should explain the managers at your prospective new place and tell them ahead of time before paying the money for credit checks. They usually will let you know what's a deal breaker and what is not.
Don't get anymore evictions though. I'll be doubly hard if you get another under your belt. ;-)

1. Go somewhere where the place looks a bit worn.
2. Perhaps a place that caters to students.
3. Lie. Even if they run credit, an eviction wouldn't show. If they
run a court check, you're screwed.

Definitely call around and see what apartments will allow you to move in after a eviction. Most apartments will, but it might cost a few months more of a deposit. Good Luck to you.

You'll have to be up front with your new landlord if you can get one seeing U have an Eviction on your record & if they do a background check they won't rent 2 U.Good Luck

first of all you don't have to list the unit from which you were evicted from... depending on the reason for the eviction you never have to mention it if you wish not to.... careful they are not owned by the same company and you will be fine
