Here's the facts. For the last 4 years T-mobile has won the JD powers and Associates award for bbest overall customer service. Last year they were tied with Verizon WIreless. Cingular and Sprint, round out the bottom two. This is a fact. Cingular and Sprint consistently have the worst customer service. While T-mobile has the best.

Hands down customer services has to be Verizon wireless. Just give them a phone call. I have cingular and I am thinking changing back to them.

Tmobile is great to me and there customer service is open 24/7.... Sprint can't be that great there service is not available 24/7
