I do it sometimes. Not a lot though just enough to give some shading on he lower lid. What color to use depends what color you are using on your upper lids. I usually go with neutral colors and use a dark/medium brown along my lower lashes. I think if you have if you have small eyes it will make your eyes look smaller. But the best thing to do is experiment and see what works for you

I have big brown eyes and sometimes just a little dark brown eyeshadow along the under-eye and along the eyelash area makes a nice effect.. careful w/ the colors though .. natural is better.

Girl!!! the best color is black,but most of the time you have to match your eyeshadow color,wich it means you put it on top and on the bottom,is called smokey eyes

it looks cool as long as they use alot of it and use neon colors or colors that dont match their coloring at all. i think you just mash the applicator in the shadow real hard, and then rub under eyes. make sure and make it look like raccoon eyes. how funny, what a stupid question.

yea..i do it sometimes...it's pretty cute..
i like it more in brown..it kindda enhance the color of my eyes
if u have green eyes..then green eye shadow under ur eye would be gr8...if u had blue eyes...then it's blue eye shadow...know wut i mean??
how do u do it?? use a thin tipped brush..put a little thin line just under eye..practice for a while before u do it when u r goin out

i sometimes do that, with blue or lilac. i use a regular eyeshadow applicator, the kind that usually comes in the product.

it's quite common i Guess...to replace eyeliner wif eyeshadow...juz use e pointed tip of ur sponge n apply as u wld wif an eyeliner...i feel tat green is e best, followed by blue

go with black or really dark tones like a dark blue.
if u have blue eyes: dark brown
if u have brown eyes: black
if u have green eyes: dark grey or even deep purple
