Poor and healthy, by a long shot...even with all that money, and depending on the illness, you could be stuck in bed or on meds with crazy side effects, now if it is curable and short term I'd take rich and sick....although if you have to be sick, i'd take rich and sick over sick and poor any day, but your health can't be bought, so poor and healthy is the way to go!

You can go from poor to rich easier than you can go from sick to healthy.

Ive been both and I'd definitely go for the poor and healthy one. You cant put a price on health.

ummm... poor and healthy. I mean what good is money if your sick and cant enjoy spending it on anything but medical bills and picking out a plot, gravestone, casket all that crap
