Gettysburg National Military Park, Pennsylvania, USA.

As many of you know, the Battle of Gettysburg raged in Southern-Pennsylvania July 1st-3rd, 1863 in the American Civil War. Today, a silence has fallen over Gettysburg, unlike in the days of the battle, when cannons raged, men screamed and yelled in excruciating pain, and muskets belched smoke and fire over the blood-soaked ground below. Today, only tourists roam the battlefield instead of soldiers. In the silence at Gettysburg, you feel a sense of serenity while soldiers 143 years ago. It as if today the battlefield is like Heaven in Hell. You can also feel a presence on the battlegrounds like someone is watching you. The presence is everywhere. And the reason for that is because Gettysburg is obviously haunted. I myself have seen and experience ghosts all around Gettysburg. But still, despite it's violent past, the citizens of the little town are very kind and the landscape is very beautiful, especially at sunset on a hill called Little Round Top where you can get a beautiful view of the Valley of Death, where the ground was once soaked red with blood.

In conclusion, Gettysburg is my favorite place in the world. I've been going there every year of my life, and every time, I had an unforgettable experience, and I'm sure you will too.

At my parents house, there is a nice creek that runs below it in the bottoms. Back in the woods a good piece, the creek bends into an "S" shape. Well, there is this old willow tree that bent over because the creek bank couldn't support it's weight, but the roots are still grounded and the tree hasn't died yet. When the trees are in full bloom, the branches make a hiding place where you can sit and just relax, listening to the creek. I haven't found another place like that yet.

In a hammock, on a beach in Fiji, the sea gently lapping at the shore, as the sun sets giving the most amazing changes in colour to the sky you've ever seen, some sort of Cocktail in my hand, and the girl I love snuggled in besides me as we just sit and watch the time go by, no need to talk just happy in each others closeness.

Man I've got to get back there.
