Well, this is the easiest remedy I’ve ever run across, and it really works!
I was so surprised by the single kitchen-cupboard ingredient that this How-To calls for--it's not a cucumber, and you’re sure to have one on hand. Find out the secret here:

Raw potato slices will help tighten baggy, puffy eyes. All you need is a potato and a knife or slicer!

To Make:

1. Slice 1/4 potato to fit over your eyes.

2. Cut 2 slices or, if you prefer, 5 to 10 very thin slices, several for each eye. Either method works.

To Use:

1. Spritz eye area with water.

2. Lying down, place the potato slices on your eyelids and leave in place for at least 10 minutes for best results.

This is going to sound disgusting but it works. Try hemroid cream. It is an anti-inflammatory and it will help get rid of the swelling under your eyes. You just can't get it in your eyes. I had a women in my office with the same problem and she used it and it did seem to work pretty good. If that grosses you out too much try putting cucumbers on your eyes for a while every night. They are a natural anti-inflammatory and will help with the swelling.

The is a product line Sephora sells in the skincare area called Bliss. They carry something to help tighten the undereye area. On day we went in there to look around and, as a joke, I put some under my husband's eyes, which were really dark and baggy. We left the store, but a few minutes later, I looked over and his eyes were looking much better. The Bliss line comes in white containers. I looked on Sephora's website and I think it is the one called "Baggage Handler".

This might seem old fashioned but it has worked for generations. My mother learned it from a woman in Hawaii with a beautiful complexion and it has worked for her and for me for years. Egg white. You can keep it in the refrigerator until it's gone, covered. Just the white, not the yolk. Put it under your eyes every morning, you will feel the tightening and when it's dry, try to leave it on longer, if you can't, just wash it off. Every day! Don't whip it, just spread a little on with your fingers. Guaranteed. And cheap. Good Luck.

If they are that big then maybe you should see a plastic surgeon otherwise you can try what the women use like the cucumber slices or ice cubes which will shrink the tissue underneath the eye.

For over the Counter:
Neutrogena-radiant eye boost (12 dollars)
Clinique-eye gel (around 40 bucks)

For Spa (Much more pricey):
Jan Marini, Eminence, or SkinCeuticals

Preparation H - yes it is for hemerrhoids but it is a celebrity secret and it works cause it reduces inflammation.

You can also use cucumber slices and tea bags but your best bet is that cream - people swear by it.

You're too stressed. If not you then probably your body. And medicine doesn't always help with the bags under your eyes. Eat more fruits and veggies.
