I think that was a truthful and honest answer, they just must find it difficult to find celebrities to do this sort of thing, and don't wish for her experience at yahoo to be unpleasant; she might not enjoy that response. I think it was a valid answer, but all angles must be kept in mind. I really don't think yahoo will mind if you change your page. But if everyone did.. and stopped visiting. That'd be something they'd pay attention to.
