If you want 4 very distinct seasons come to New Jersey. Winter brings nor'easters and blizzards, summer has heatwaves, fall has beautiful foliage and spring in the garden state is absolutely gorgeous.

The north of North America! Honestly! My personal favorite (probably because it was the only north of N. America place I went to, but oh well) was Minnesota!! Green, hot and stormy in the summer, still green, blooming and great temperatures for spring, highly colorful trees and crispy coolness for autumn and tons of snow for winter! How great is that? I loved it. It's been about eight years since I've been there, and I still love and remember it!! =)

South Dakota and North Dakota in case you rather, rather love assessment. In any state east of North Dakota, (i.e. including MN, WI, MI and all different Midwest and Northeast states), meteorological spring is often cooler than fall. You particularly desire spring to be warmer than fall, so a state like the Dakotas, Montana or Colorado works greater clever for you. Utah is likewise ok. Idaho or Wyoming are slightly too mountainous and characteristic unpredictable climate, including frost in midsummer. All different Western states are frequently too heat to greater wholesome your standards.

the NOrtheast. u have to be able to deal with a real winter though. none of this "2 inches and the whole town shuts down" stuff. but its worth it when spring comes around and u apprieciate the warm and the blooms on flowers and trees. summer isnt too oppressive, but it can be hot. the ocean is cold though, not like florida. then in fall, u can go leaf peaking. its beautiful. everything is many colors. ahhhh i wouldnever go anywhere else in the whole nation.

Kansas is awesome for four seasons+. I missed the seasons myself when I lived in NM, but when I moved to Kansas, we have awesome colors in the fall, and snow in the winter. Spring is just beautiful too. Summer is summer anywhere.
