Usually l found when l was young a hot face washer over your face for a couple of minutes. Then you can most probably get rind of the black heads. The best way to keep them away is by using soap on your face and getting rind of the dirt and dead skin on your face. Do not just go bursting them or else you can make a mess of your face.

Dr Bronner's liquid soap, any health food store has it, you can get a 2oz. travel size to try, use a blush brush to put it on like a facial, than I soak in the tub for a little while before I wash it off, don't do it too often, your face will get sore and look sunburned if you use it too much

After your face gets steamed in the shower try to remove them by gently squeezing. There is a tool you can buy at a drug or beauty supply store that helps, but you don't really need it. After a good steaming they should pop right out. Good luck!
