Factoring expressions...?

Question

I need help factoring these expressions.

1.

((3MN^2 - 3 M)/(N) x ((3M)/(N^2 - 1))
In case this is confusing, those are two fractions being multiplied.

2.

((48B^2 + 8B + 7)/(12B - 1))
Also a fraction (only one this time though)

3.

((x^2 + 4x - 5)/(x^2 - 2x - 3)) + ((2)/(x+1))
This time there are two fractions being added.

If you don't mind, please explain your answer.

Um... I know how to factor. This is a review of what I learned last year and it's not graded. And I didn't even say it was for school. What if it wasn't? Then would you answer me.

If I get an answer I can go back and see how to get to it. I'm not just going to copy answers from anyone without seeing how it was done.

(3m(3mn^2 - 3m))/(n^2 - 1)
(9m^2(n^2 - 1))/(n^2 - 1)

ANS : 9m^2

Can't be simplified.

(x^2 + 6x - 11)/(x^2 - 2x - 3)
