The dress's orignial cost is $260, and I just weared twice. They did wet cleaning and made it broken. It had been 20 days since I dropped it in their store and I was told they are repairing it now. My question here is: I worry repairing will ruin the dress anyway, can I ask them to pay for their fault and how much percentage of my dress' s price I should ask? Thanks!

If the dress can be repaired so that the repairs don't show when you wear it, then there shouldn't be a problem. If it looks 'patched up' when they finish, then they should replace it with a new one of the same dress. I hope you kept the receipt - that will tell them where to buy it and how much it cost.

Good luck --

Ask, be pushy, but be nice and polite :D There's more of a chance they'll pay back then. If they are a quality business, and they haven't had problems before, it must have been a clear accident, so you could keep going there and ask for payment with store credit, too. (it's much easier for them to say yes to store credit)

Yes, they should be held responsible for ruining the dress.
