i just want to know how i can bring assertiveness into my everyday live work realtionships ect...
maybe it's aggresivness or something along those lines!!

Practice, practice, practice! Even if it is only ONE time a day that you make yourself heard, that is a great start! If you realize later that you could have or should have said something, and still have the chance to see that person again the same day, go back to them and tell them how you really feel.
Delivery is important: keep your voice low and calm.

Say no more often. I don't mean that you should say no to your boss, or to just any request. But say no, when you really don't have the time or the capacity to be able to say yes confidently that you can accomplish the job. Stand up for yourself when people are being critical of you. Give them rational and logical reasons for your actions. And don't get emotional....just state things in a factual and logical manner.
