My girlfriend had cancer and all female organs removed. No sex desire now. Is their any natural product to help?Had a stroke also. Allergic to everything.

Well, most natural remedies mimic female sex hormones, like phytoestrogen (like in black cohosh or soybeans.) If she can't take hormone replacements, the natural stuff might not be an option, either.

I saw a thing on TV about an electronic implant in the spine that was an experimental treatment for women who couldn't have orgasms. It helped some, but others had absolutely no effect.

She probably needs to deal with the fallout from cancer and the stroke first, and deal with her allergies. Sometimes, allergies can be helped by homeopathy--you're exposed to small amounts of what you're allergic to to build up your tolerance for it. She should definitely have therapy for the stroke--even if it's been a while, it might help. If she felt better in general, she might be more interested in sex. She might also be a better candidate for hormones if she were in remission long enough (I mean, maybe not, but it couldn't hurt for her to be in better shape in general.)

That sucks that she had so many problems. Hope she gets better and I say try again later.

Hmmm, try the health store there are some natural herbs that is supposed to help with a lot of that, good luck, but make sure they are aware of how allergic she is.
