WELL EVERYONE WHO SAYS CRISTIANO IS FROM BRAZIL IS WWWWRRRROOOOONNGGGGGGGGG he was born on an island in portugal called Maderia.
Im from the U.S. And i find it highley OFFENCIVE that yall would be damning the country. Despite the fact that we have a bafoon in office, The United states is a big country and not all of us agree with Bushes policies. So don't put us in some class. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THE GOVERMENT PLAN 9/11 WHOEVER SAID THAT NEEDS TOO BE SLAPPED....HARD MAYBE IT WILL KNOCK SOME SENCE INTO YOU.
It's soo not cool to bash us, so u better Stop. STop. STOp. STOP.
but anyway I think he falls more on the spaniard side because of if you look at their look its about the same.

As he is Portugese us Brits consider him to have a typical mediteranean look (lovely olive skin) but usually (self) defined as "white" over here.
My understanding of the US is that there is a negative opinion of "hispanics". I am not sure whether that has derived from skin colour (which is not an issue here) or culture (again not a problem over here).

I don't who that is.
But...
Spaniards are from Spain only, dear Moose. We (in the US) call people in south America "Latin" which has a wider meaning.
And not all Latin people are white. For instance I have friends who came from Dominican Republic and they are black and they don't consider themselves white at all. I have a friend from Peru who has blond hair and blue eyes and an other from Peru who has chocolate skin.

Spaniards are from Europe not Central or South American, but to be technical They are both white. There is a difference between race and ethnic groups.
