not knowing i was pregnant i had a fullout physical for my new job. i got 3 xrays and a hepititis b shot. will theshots affect the baby? should i not get the ither 2 hepititis shots left?

Contact the doctor or a clinic staff member and see what they advise.

I don't think so. If anything was going to happen such as miscarriage, it would have already happened. Not knowing I was pregnant, I had surgery on my tonsils and tubes placed in my eras. I was completely knocked out and given demerol and codeine. A week before, I had x-rays, and chiropractic therapy and adjustment. I am now 33 days from my c-section and am having a HUGE, healthy baby boy. Ask your OB/GYN if you should recieve anymore shots. I do not know the guidelines to vaccinations during pregnancy, but I wouldn't chance it. I wouldn't worry too much about the dose you have already received. Good Luck!

The xrays and the one shot you should not worry about to much, many women have had the same thing and everything has turned out fine, but I would consults an OB/GYN before getting the next two shots.

Did you tell the doctor that you're pregnant??? You shouldn't have x-rays done while pregnant! And I don't think you should've gotten that shot either!

if it was before you found out, you should be ok. dont continue the shot series. i had my 1st one and couldnt continue because i got pregnant. you can always get them later.

x-rays can dangerously harm ur unborn child and possibly kill it. You should go see your doctor ASAP and get an ultrasound or something to verify everythings alright.

are you pregnant? it is generally not recomended for pregnant women to get it. but if youre not no worries

how for long are you if you are worried then ask your doctor.
