no. echinacea is taken mostly in winter months to boost immune system to help prevent one from getting cold,flu.

Echinacea boosts your body's ability to fight off disease, but it doesn't directly cure anything.

Elderberry extract has been proven to help fight the flu virus--it might help with other viruses, too. But it doesn't kill off the virus itself--like echinacea, it boosts your immune response.

NO IT DOES NOT. IT WILL HELP BOOST THE IMMUNE SYSTEM. BUT DON'T EXPECT QUICK RESULTS..AS WITH ANY HERBAL REMEDIES THEY NEED TO BE IN YOUR SYSTEM FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS OR SO TO BEGIN GETTING FULL EFFECTS.
