My husband thinks I am immature sometimes(he's 45 almost). Well is that not to be expected? I call it active :)

A clean shower, food in my stomach, good books is not high maintenance. I do not have a car, get hair cuts, get nails done, go tanning, smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, go out partying or buy store bought clothes because they come frome the goodwill so yeah your probably gonna be wrong about high maintenance.

The energy level really answers my question so far, pretty much because I do have to suppress it mostly because its a nerve wracker to him.

sigh...people forget about stuff like that when they are with someone with a wide age spread. attitude might match, energy does not.

Well there are maturity differences in age but some younger people are way more mature than older people, it actually depends on the person.
If your husband thinks you are immature occasionally, that's too bad. Immaturity is actually quite fun sometimes, it brings out the inner child.

Aging is inevitable, maturity is optional. I dated a 42 year old when I was 22 and he was "half MY age mentally". So it's just a number.

Hey, nothing's wrong with being young at heart. No one can walk around with a stick up their behind all the time.
