If you were to be attacked, would you be able to defend yourself with martial arts or otherwise?
Or has experience proven that you would be in trouble?
What is the key to surviving an attack and living to tell?

Well I'm paranoid, does that count? I have a surprise for anyone who decides to try something but I always wonder if I'll be able to get to it and use it when I need to. I have no doubt that I could hurt or kill someone in order to defend myself or my children. If you think you have any right what so ever to hurt me or my kids or anyone for that matter, then you deserve what you get. The nerve of it just puts me into a rage and in that state of mind I'm capable of anything.

You first need to be mentally prepared for an attack. This means that you're always in condition Yellow where you are aware of you're environment, avoiding dangerous situations, assessing potential attackers and recognizing blind spots that can be used for ambush.

Once a threat is identified or engaged, then you need to have the knowledge and training to deal with the threat. The mindset at this point is to be aggressive.

I am not sure if I would be prepared to kill someone if that is what you are asking. It depends on the situation. I just pray I never have an encounter with someone.

My Dad made sure his girls knew how to defend themselves.
I always carry a weapon of some kind in my purse and my car.
And I also know how to defend myself with no weapons.
My Dad is no longer alive to show my girls but I taught them everything He taught me and my sisters.
