I prefer LJ, but this is pretty much a wash.
LT has a new QB. San Diego is having more line problems at tackle.
LJ has some O-line issues, but Roaf didn't play all year last year anyway. He would have had 2400 yards, when projected over 16 games. He runs with some serious rage.
My guess is, LJ will finish just a bit ahead of LT. LT will certainly throw more TD passes.

I think making fantasy trades in the preseason is, 99% of the time, a bad idea. Just my opinion, but I think making trades before week 2 or 3 of the regular season indicates a lack of draft preparedness (the exception being an injury).
LJ and LT are both equally impressive this year. Don't make the trade.

i do not see the position it extremely helps you out except this is a keeper league. I doubt Ward is going to submit heavily extra constructive numbers than Johnson does and except Warrick Dunn receives damage, who you've already got through how, Norwood can not get the ball any more effective than he did very last year. as well that Norwood in ordinary words scored 2 TDs very last season so it really is compared to he's a short yardage back who has the skill of scoring 8-10 TDs from taking section in contained in the goalline offense. If Norwood became actual filling a hollow on your roster then i'd say do it yet in view that he's not and in view that Ward and Johnson are about one interior a similar production-smart i do not see the point behind it even as Johnson has extra upside than Ward who's on the draw back of his occupation and struggled to stay healthful very last season.
