What Happens when u bleach ur eyebrows?

i saw dem do it on top model and when i get money i want to do it.but is it to risky cause then i gon do it.

I want it to be the same color as my hair

It's risky. The chemical make-up of your eyebrow hair is not the same as the hair on your head. You could get lucky and have it turn out blonde or a lighter brown, but it will probably be orange or red. I would not recommend it, though you could try on a small section of your eyebrow to test it out.

the chemistry that is involved in bleaching is mainly contained in the interaction of a developer (with an oxidizing agent, normally hydrogen peroxide) and an alkalizing agent. When the mixture is applied to the hair, it raises the scales of the outer layer of the hair shafts. Once past this outer layer, the cuticle, the alkalizing agent combines with the hydrogen peroxide and diffuses into the cortex or central portion of the hair shaft.

Melanin (which is responsible for hair color) is inside the cortex of the hair. The melanin is broken down by the bleaching chemicals. The bleaching agent after it breaks down the melanin replaces it with the new coloring with some sort of tinting agent. The hair shaft will stay with the new color until growth occurs (usually six to twelve weeks) and for this reason, bleaching is considered one of the permanent hair dying methods.

u can use jollen's or any other face bleach kit. mix it, put some on ur eyebrows for a few seconds (keep checking on it until u reach the color u want). it grows out so might have to repeat it if u wanna keep that color.

what happens is you seriously take the risk of hurting your eyes, or worse going blind! DO NOT DO IT.. Eyelashes and eyebrows can darkened with Vegetable dye, but not bleached. If you have to have them lighter, buy a highlighter wand (packaged like mascara) for your hair, and use it on your brows, check your local beauty supply

first of all...dont do ityourself if you accidentally get the stuff in your eye you will go blind..or it make come out look horrible.....i wouldnt suggest doing at all......but if you insist then get it done at a salon or spa...the only risks are going blind (if it gets into ur eyes) or the color doesn't match ur hair and they look awful

they will grow out and u will have roots/ well depending on how light u want them they could go 2 bright and look unatrual ring up and ask at a salon
