So instead of a chocolate bar have an orange or an apple or a stick of celery. Then you dont put the fat into yourself or even worse the carbohydrates.

In case you are not aware you have to burn the carbo's off before your body starts burning the fat off from food.

It is important to do things like exercise gradually if you are going to exercise more. Everyone would agree cutting out junk and going to fruit and veg is a good idea and dont expect to loose the weight all at once, it is better for your body to loose the weight over time rather than putting it through the stress of rapid weight loss.

Drink loads of water, eat loads of fruit n veg, cut out bad fat but still eat SMALL amounts of good fats like nuts, Eat breakfast, avoid eating late in the night, do some cardio exercise mixed in with some weights as muscle burns more cals, get plenty of low fat calcium

Try that diet that Beyonce did for her last movie. She dropped weight FAST. I dont rememeber what it was called, but it consisted of the same thing everyday. It was a liquid diet I believe. Try looking it up.
But dont forget to exercise along with that. If you are a bit on the heavy side and you just go straight into dropping weight without exercising, your skin will turn into flab. In order to keep your skin tought, you must exercise.

They say that losing weight is 90% what you eat and only 10% what you do. I would say to go on a fresh juice diet for about a week. It is not only very healthy but you can lose lots of unwanted pounds. Cardio workouts can also help you to burn it faster.

Try not to put any more in when you eat, rember sugar turns to fat so low fat products are crap. Get as much excersize as you can , get your heart pumping. Be careful take it easy at first and build up. Just walking faster than you normaly do is a good way to start slowly.

Become vegetarian or at least cut out red meat. I really think this keeps you trim. Also, switch your milk to the skimmed variety or even better soya milk. So that'll be a skinny cappuccino or soya latte from now on! I have unintentionally lost weight since cutting out most meat as my partner is vegetarian so it's easier this way.
