Use a depillatory cream... I'm not a big fan of nair but Veet works pretty well. Never used it on my back, but works well on other body parts. Make sure to test your skin first though!

bleach it(doesn't remove it but makes it so light that its almost no visible), wax it, use anir hair removing cream,or get laser surgery (very expensive and kinda painful-it zaps the hairs and they don't appear again)...and thats all your options
