No, that is why it is even more important to allow smoking in pubs.

Nope! When Indiana Prisons went to smoke free a few years ago, I thought I would go nuts. Although I didn't smoke,there were over 1000 offenders and 400 staff all had to quit at the same time. Talk about people being a bi**h at work!

no. A company can create a complete smoke-free zone on their property, and yes, this is legal. Smokers would have to step onto public property in order to smoke (unless, of course, smoking is illegal in public places in that city or state)

Companies do NOT have to support anyone's smoking habits.

I don't think they HAVE to allow smoking anywhere.

I've heard that some guy a few years back got fired cause htey found out he was smoking at HOME>

i live in Scotland we have a total ban on smoking in public places,basically if you want to smoke go off the premises.
