He's crazy and he's queer as a three dollar bill, and yes, he has had plastic surgery, and yeah he can still rock out on a good night. You need to go buy the CD's "Little Richard: The Specialty Sessions" and hear the man tear it up in his prime. RESPECT!! As Ali G says.

Well, he is old and a rock legend. He does look as though he's had some facial surgury. he is flamboyant....and I think he's "light in the loafers".
