i live with my grandma, and i dont like her at all, i h8 her, and she has full custody of me, and i want to live with my mom, can i live with my mom in a diffrent state, can i live with my mom even if my mom says its ok, if my grandma doesnt want me to, and even if she would let me, can i go live with my mom?

Your grandma has custody, so she'd have to okay it. If she won't, you're mom would have to go to court and fight to get you back unless you can kiss up to your grandma and change her mind.

First of all laws vary according to the state in which you live. Grandparents have rights too. Why did your MOM allow Grandma to have custody in the first place. All your mom has to do is petition the courts to grant her full custody instead of Grandma

Who you live with usually depends on who has full legal custody and if there is mutual consent. Otherwise, there could be problems. Perhaps you should talk to you mother and discover why you are living with grandma instead of her. Living with mother may not be an option at this time.

i doubt youre over 18 so theres nothing you can do, the question is wheather or not your mom wants you to live with her or your grandma. if your mom wants to have full custody of you she'll need a lawyer, otherwise, you have to wait till youre 18...

I guess if ur grandma let u but it aint gonna be easy if she don't want u 2. I'm in dat situation right now i been livin wit my dad all my life and i wanna move wit my mom and she live in a different state. My dad don't want me 2 move

it depends on how old you are. If you're under 18, than no. Ask your grandmother why you can't go live with her.
