A brown shirt(the brown is not dark or that light it's in between)with long sleeves, mediun blue jeans with holes, white belt(studdes)and brown flip-flops(same kind of brown as the shirts)

It probably looks great. Just if it was me, I'd ditch the white belt and try to find a brown one instead.

You need heels! Flip flops (even though the match the shirt) make this too casual/too "i don't care how I look" getup. Best get brown&white sandles with heels, or brown sandles (with heels) and some white jewelry

Wear a darker belt, or don't wear one at all. The rest of the outfit sounds good.
