Spyro the Dragon and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, boy does that bring back memories.

I love puzzle games. Here's some good ones:
Intelligence Cube
Devil Dice
Super Puzzle Fighter
Also Final Fantasy 7 - All the others were weak compared to that.
You can get Diablo for PS1 for under $5.
Parappa the Rapper was cool.
Warhawk as well.
That's all I can muster right now, I know I'm missing a bunch.
