ok i am 11 and i am kinda well,flat and my nipples hurt every once and a while,why is that

Say hello to puberty, your hormones are starting to kick in babe, nothing to worry about, your nips will feel a little odd, you will soon notice your bust starting to poke out and develop a bit, all normal, talk to your mum, she can answer any questions about this sort of stuff. She has been through it herself, and as an adult will absolutely not be embarrassed to talk about it.
You probably will need to go get your first bras soon, and the best person t do that with is your mum if possible, so go have a chat with her.

Your body is beginning a new stage of growth and development - puberty. Go with it and maybe talk to your doctor or you could get some books or Internet sites that look into this subject and will help you to ease any fears, understand what's happening and not feel so alone in this time in your life.
When you are able to understand what is happening it's all so much easier to go along with.
Its all a natural and normal process. x

Congratulations - you're going from a flat chested young girl into a young lady whose figure is beginning to take shape. Don't worry, everything is fine and this is normal.

Puberty. You're about to start developing breasts and that means you body has to change, get bigger etc. So sometimes it hurts. This is one of those things that is 'growing pains' but don't worry cos it won't last too long and don't be upset cos its just a natural thing that happens to girls everywhere

Growing pains you are going through puberty. I was flat until I turned 12 and was a 34B!
So don't worry it's all about growing up and becoming a woman.

You're probably developing breasts and the pains you experience are 'growing pains' - nothing to worry about. Get a book out of the library about the subject and read up.

im 11 to and i am flat chested and also my niples hurt when i go in the sea its really wierd and panfull

I assume puberty. I never went through the whole girl thing, thank god.
My GF says "because your boobs are growing and developing and they will hurt. after you finish puberty they will stop hurting but will sometimes hurt every time you get your period".

My sisters going throught the same thing. Same age and everything. Wow, does she have some hormone problem. Very....Angry! Anyhow, I'm pretty sure you getting ready to go through pms.

they are growing. if it bothers you tell your mom or a doc. When i was going through puberty my boobs hurt and where tender all the time cause they were growing. I'm 15 now and they dont hurt anymore.
