I first want to say that I'm sorry for the pain you're going through. I'm sure its very hard to deal with and I hope it stops for you soon. Secondly I want to tell you that what I do whenever I feel really crappy about anything is relax to the fullest. By that I mean I relax by taking bubble baths, fixing my hair, sitting down to a good book, taking a nap, going for a walk, and listening to music are some examples. After all that much needed "me time" I feel way better and calmed down enough to just feel the pain of whats going on, accept it, and walk away so I can start to heal. I'm sure you'll find that it can be an easy thing to get through if you just be accepting and let it happen. It can be... but that is no guarantee. I hope this all works out for you... and I wish you luck!!!

When our hearts are broken we have to remember that no matter how much it hurts, how hard it is, in time it will be better. Beating ourselves up over a broken relationship only makes it harder to heal. Although it takes time, and sometimes it feels like it will never get better, dont give up, because one day you will be okay. Do something good for yourself like being around your friends or family more, go to the movies, read a good book, take a walk or take book to the park and read. Take a hot bath and have a good long cry. Realize that you did the best you could do but it wasnt meant to be this time and move on. Dont dwell on the negative things. Look on it as a lesson learned in love and the next time it will be better. There is plenty of love out there for all of us, we will find it. In the meantime, get to know yourself better and take care of yourself.

First of all you have to love yourself, then you should want more out of life, but you are responsible, for your own happiness. no one knows how to make you happy, but you, think about it? you know what you like. So as of this minute take your life back, start to do for you, say to yourself, I am going to do me. Start reading books on self esteem, go and get your nails and feet done, buy your self something. Take in a movie, go to church. just try to do different things. Good things are going to start happening.

I'm going thru two heart breaks at this time myself. It's damn tough to stay afloat. One min I'm down then next I'm feeling a bit better than again and again. I find myself wanting to talk to my friends around this stage but I know it's time that's going to heal. Your life will go on and you'll feel better as time passes. Trust me on that. Just go out and do the things you normally like to do when you weren't hurt. Keep yourself busy with fun activities.

Focus on something you enjoy and try not to dwell on your unhappiness. Given time, it will hurt less and less. In the meantime, try not to become too jaded so that you blame the next person for the sins of the last one.

Listen to good break-up songs with the volume up. That's help me. Talk to friends. who have experienced the same. beat up your pillow to release your anger. Releasing the anger is the key so as to not let it fester and stew.
