Law of conservation of mass and energy states that matter is just transformed into a different form but the resulting mass and energy remains constant. With the world population increase, does earth weigh the same as before, but of course not including the entry of some cosmic matters like meteors and comets. If it is equal, what are we then? The possibility of mass due to Dinosaurs is with us that's why mankind is so savage that survival of the fittest is still the norm?

The weight of living animals compared to the mass of the earth is so small as to be insignificant. Sort of like one spot of fly crap on the side of a barn.

planet very big. population in relation to planet very small. no real change to mass with population growth
