Employ immigrants who do not know employment laws.Pay them low wages and provide no training..REfuse unionisation
Rememberr the Gate Gourmet strikes..ironically it was the lowly paid immigrant workers mainy Indian women who were replaced by non unionised ever lower paid Eastern Europeans..
That's the reason business are encouraging the government to allow cheap workers in from the new European countries ..Profit first..

Don't need to use protectionism. The workers, or hoi-polloi, generally know their place. They're simply on the planet, as are worker bees, to attend on their betters!!
