No. The former Montreal team play half of it's games in Puerto Rico. There is too much travel involved to get to and from there. It is even more the case with Hawaii.
We have enough major league teams. The talent is always somewhat thin, even now, for all of the teams in the majors.

No they shouldn't. Hawaii is too far away from the mainland and thus the time zone differences would create excessive jetlag and we would see many drowsy players leading to lackluster play. Puerto Rico wants to be seperate from the U.S. Basically, we have enough sports teams located where they are for a reason-ability to make a profit due to the large cities they are home to.

Puerto Rico already has it's own national series playoffs ( municipalities (province) and regions compete
) and has a national olympic team that competes in the World Olympics and in the Baseball World-Classic Series (see link below).
Hawaii should have one because they are a state and are americans , could be in the NL or AL, doesn't matther which one really.

Don't see why not....can't discriminate against Hawaii cause it is a state of the US. But Puerto Rico I don't think should be because its not one of the 50 states.

That would be a lot to ask to have teams from those islands travel that many miles to get to visiting games and could take a lot out of the players.
