depends on woh you are:

if you are asking the question, most of the time you need help or are curious about something, so tyou ask another person whether that be professionally, or from some guy on the street

if you are the person answering, you favor the answers, because most of the time you are answering a question you know the answer which makes you feel good to know that you helped someone out, most of us on answers like the answers for points, which when you think about it, is kind of pointless.

Questions definitely mean more than answers.

Questions carry the value of our wondering, of our amazement over the world. Answers are just our meek attempt to understand it.

Both are necessary. Sometimes the Q is more important. Sometimes its the A.
