Depends what state you lived in. If you have not actually filed for divorce, you probally are still married. You can check with the Clerk of Court in the city you lived or hire an attorney to find out for you.

If you didn't file for divorce, attend a hearing and get an order from a judge stating you are divorced then you are still married. Divorce doesn't just happen, you have to do the work.

When you find out E-Mail me Im in the same boat and I have checked 4 states to see if she divorced me,& we been apart since 2002 and I have not seen or heard anything from anybody

First off once you have been to court and all the fees are paid, Call about 30 days after your final apperance if you have not recieved the final document with the courts embossment in it.

u would have to go to the clerk of courts office and get them to check for u,if u lived around where u was at then,they would be able to tell u
and if they come up with nothing then u haven't been divorced

If you didnt get a divorce then you are married. It isn't a well am I or not thing. You either are or you aren't.

did you get the papers filed then sign them? did you file for an annulment?
if not you have been married all this time.
