I've researched your company and products/services [be sure that you do - use Google or reference section of the library] and found that its the kind of place that I want to work for.
I think that the company offers challenges and opportunities, as well as recognition and rewards. I will bring my background (education and experience) as well as my enthusiasm, personal initiative, and drive and do the best job that I can.

be honest, just tell then you are looking for a job. if you have the qualifications it won't matter
