Lake i did change the brack pad on my toyota tercel 1993 and i ned to adjuste the hand parking and the padel.

If I'm not mistaken, you have drum brakes on a "93" Tercell. I could help you, but it's not enough information for me to know what you are looking at. You can go to the library and look at a manual, and it should tell you how to adjust them. You wouldn't believe how much information is at the library, or you can go to Autozone and purchase a book on your car that will help you get her back on the road in no time. Good Luck!

There should be no reason to adjust the park brake!!
You need to adjust the clearance between the brake shoes and drum.
