Do you use liquid eyeliner or regular?

when I first started I acutally pulled at the side of my eye when it is closed. It keeps your eye from jumping around so you can draw a straight line on the top...do that untill you get use to it. Close your eye and put your pointer finger at the side of your eye and just pull outward toward your ear...it works really well

When i do use it I use regular, And you would need to be very RELAXED not in a hurry, Just get your liner together sat down in front of a mirror and try to focus on your eye looking at self, YOU MUST BE SKILLED TO DO THIS, But as a female you can, Then just @ a slow pace close your eye and take one hand your pointer finger and place on the eye you are about to do and go for it, The same with the next, some women just do it the other hand no need but I do know if you are not use to doing this you must take it slow, Or you will make a mistake.

I like pencil, gel liner and the best way (I think) is with eyeshadow.
Use an eyeliner brush, dab in black or other dark eyeshadow and sketch a line across your top lash line. Because it's shadow it blends very nicely! Blend slightly upwards for the "smokey" eye look!

for beginners definitely pencil, but once you become accustomed to it switch to liquid for a more defined look. Follow the natural curve of your eyelid close to the lashes. Sometimes it helps to pull your eyelid tightly to the side and then do the above.

with a steady hand liquid liner applied correctly really makes your eye stand out-and lasts all day.

u can use both i suppose but i use regular. for me i close my eye then pull it to the side and then just make a line. its different for different people but thats the way i have to do it.

well really. u close one of yerr eyes && just draw REALY close to the eyelashes.. not too closee. let it go up and show alittle
