I don't think people should judge without knowing all the facts. nothing is ever black or white.
Nobody knows what goes on inside a marriage and there are many reasons why peole have affairs. Granted some are weak and pathetic excuses for sex. But that is not always the case. I know of strong marriages where partners have filled emotional or physical gaps elsewhere. Everyone is different and every relationship is different....
I would only condemn the people who are careless and indiscrete and cause hurt because they don't love their partners in the first place.

if you are married and having an affair there is something wrong with your relationship. Affairs can only end in disaster with both parties and many others getting hurt. If something is missing the best thing is to try and work it out without going outside the marriage, get counseling. Affairs can only hurt the innocent, they never help a marriage.

Then why are they married? Show some loyalty, or at least have the decency to break up with the person before cheating on them.
IMHO, a person who is having an affair is a) self-centered, and b) a coward for not confronting their partner first.

to e marriage is a forever thing, you dont get married just becasue you can, it has to be the real thing and for someone you love so much you would give up everything to be with. I have a very traditional upbringing, i dont believe in divorce unless it is extreme circumstances and i believe that marriage is a once in a lifetime thing...there fore people who have affairs should never have got married in the first place. Its sickening

It depends on the circumstances that they're in. It's hard to judge people without knowing the full story. People have different reasons for having an affair.

my husband had an affair 10years ago and it was awful,after i found out about it he wanted to come back,but i could'nt take him back for a long time,he had to work at it,we are together now but he knows if he ever done it again thats it for good,one mistake i could take but no more,each person is different,personally i think married people are stupid to have affairs,if they are'nt happy get out,affairs can do serious harm.

i think affairs are wrong!!!! If you are married and you are not happy for go sake end it and move on why hurt lots of people in the process of haveing fun it's not right

i dont no this is a hard one.i really think people shud get divorced first.but thats easier said than done.people have affairs because thats the only way to get the other party out of the house.they hurt so many people and usually children are involved

if your not happy, don't get married in the first place. If you are, don't spoil it.
People do it because of the first feeling of attraction, its a chemical imbalance which people obviously enjoy and if your weak minded will be drawn to it while in a long term relationship which has moved past that phase.
